About Us
Silvertip Incorporated is a full-service, employee-owned mechanical contractor serving all areas of commercial and industrial construction, including education, healthcare, business offices, manufacturing, apartment and dormitory living, parking and transit facilities, sewage treatment facilities, and specialty systems such as dust collection, pure water, smoke evacuation, and critical-room air conditioning.
Our team is the foundation of Silvertip—and now, our team members are also our owners. Through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), the project managers, estimators, administrative professionals, craftsmen, and service personnel our clients work with every day have a direct stake in the success of the company. This employee-owned structure strengthens our commitment to quality, accountability, precision, and problem-solving while helping ensure that Silvertip remains locally owned and independent in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, for generations to come.
Silvertip also provides design-build services, budgeting, value engineering, time-and-material services, service contracts, computer-aided drafting, and building modeling. Our experienced administrative team of project managers, estimators, accountants, and administrative professionals manages project schedules, deliveries, personnel, material and equipment procurement, and project completion on a daily basis.
